The Roselli Grandfather knife, UHC is a compact version of our classic Hunting knife, designed for those who prefer a shorter blade with excellent control. Its manageable size makes it easy to carry and a versatile companion for hunting, outdoor life and everyday tasks around camp.
The slightly curved 75 mm blade offers excellent precision for detailed cutting. Its compact size gives you close control of the edge, making it particularly useful for skinning, field dressing and other tasks where accuracy matters. It is equally at home with smaller outdoor tasks and wood work around camp.
At the heart of the knife is Roselli’s own Ultra High Carbon (UHC) steel, developed for exceptional sharpness and outstanding edge retention. Hardened to approximately 64 HRC, the blade takes an extremely sharp edge and holds it for a long time, giving you precise cutting performance with less frequent resharpening.
The compact blade and comfortable curly birch handle make the knife easy to control even during precise work. The handle is treated with linseed oil for a secure, natural grip in both wet and cold conditions, while the unique grain of the wood gives every knife its own character.
Each knife is crafted, sharpened and finished by hand in Harmoinen, Finland. It comes with a handcrafted sheath made from dark, vegetable-tanned Finnish leather for secure carry and long-term use.
Roselli UHC steel is developed for exceptional sharpness and long-lasting edge retention.
